Booking Policy

As of 1st July 2023

In order to ensure your appointment booking is held, Kerin Health requires a 50% deposit to be paid by all private clients upon booking the appointment.

Excludes NDIS, TACP, HCP clients.

Cancellation Policy

 Kerin Health acknowledges that sometimes in life unexpected things pop up which make it difficult for you to come to your appointment.

It is our policy that our clients provide where possible 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Private clients:

If less than 48hrs notice is given for private clients, 50% deposit paid on booking will be retained.

NDIS, TACP, HCP clients:

If less than 48 hours is provided a fee of 100% of the expected cost of the consult will be charged for NDIS, TACP, HCP clients. This may include travel costs if the therapists has travelled to the area.
