When I started Kerin Health in 2016, it wasn't because I wanted to build a large allied health business. It was because I could see a gap. Too many people in rural communities were travelling long distances, sitting on waiting lists, or simply going without the care they needed.

As someone who grew up in regional New South Wales and now raises my own family here, I understand the unique challenges that come with accessing healthcare in the country. I also know the incredible strength, resilience and sense of community that rural people possess.

My journey into allied health was shaped by both professional experience and personal passion. After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, I worked within NSW Health before taking the leap to establish my own practice. What began as a small physiotherapy service has grown into a multidisciplinary team providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, exercise physiology, Pilates and more across multiple locations and via telehealth.

Along the way, one belief has remained constant: everyone deserves access to exceptional healthcare, regardless of where they live.

Today, I have the privilege of leading an incredible team of clinicians who share that vision. Together, we support people of all ages-from babies taking their first steps, to children developing confidence and independence, to adults recovering from injury, and older Australians staying active and living independently.

The work we do is deeply personal to me. I've seen firsthand how early intervention can change the course of a child's life. I've watched people regain confidence after injury, return to work, reconnect with their communities, and achieve goals they never thought possible. Those moments are what continue to inspire me every day.
