Our Seniors Exercise Classes are designed to help older adults build strength, improve balance, maintain mobility and feel more confident in everyday movement.

Held in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment, these classes are suitable for a range of fitness levels and can be adapted to suit your needs.

Whether your goal is to keep active, feel steadier on your feet, improve your strength, or simply enjoy moving with others, our team is here to support you.

The details

The ‘Stronger for Longer’ classes run twice weekly.


Mondays: 10:00 am, 28 Armstrong St, Parkes

Thursdays: 10:30 am, 28 Armstrong St, Parkes
