Seniors Exercise Class
What to expect
Our seniors exercise class is back by demand ran by our lovely Physiotherapist, Sami Webber.
Each class focuses on balance, coordination, falls prevention and muscle strengthening. It's a great way to connect with others and a fun way to stay active.
The ‘Stronger for Longer’ classes will be starting the week of 21st July through to week ending 5th September.
Mondays: 10:00 am, 28 Armstrong St, Parkes
Thursdays: 10:30 am, 28 Armstrong St, Parkes
