Splose supports our clinicians with tasks such as note-taking, reporting, and streamlining administrative processes — all while maintaining the highest standards of security and confidentiality.

What is Splose AI?

Splose AI is an opt-in tool powered by OpenAI that assists our clinicians in documenting your care. It is designed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our services, while strictly upholding privacy and security standards.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely through Amazon Web Services (AWS), using industry-leading encryption and protection. Splose complies with all relevant Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, to ensure responsible and transparent data handling.

Can Kerin Health use Splose AI without my consent?

No. Your consent is always required.
We will ask for your permission before using Splose AI in any way that involves your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely.
Yes absolutely. splose Al keeps your data safe by using strong encryption when it's stored (i.e. AES-256 encryption) and when it's being transmitted (i.e. TLS 1.2+ encryption). OpenAl also goes through regular security checks to make sure everything meets high standards (i.e. SOC 2 compliance audits).

Who can access my data?

Your data is only accessed by:

• Your Kerin Health clinician(s)

• Splose's staff on a need to know basis, and third party service providers for the purpose of providing splose's services; and

• Government and regulatory bodies, if required by law.

  Splose, as well as Splose's employees and trusted service providers, adhere to strict privacy and security standards to safeguard your data.

Does OpenAI retain my data?

No.
OpenAI does not store or use your data. Splose has a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with OpenAI, ensuring zero data retention. Your data will not be used to train AI models or retained beyond its intended use.

How accurate is Splose AI?

Splose AI is constantly improving thanks to clinician feedback and regular monitoring. However, while it is designed to be highly accurate, no AI tool can guarantee 100% accuracy. All AI-generated content is reviewed by our clinicians for quality and correctness.
