We are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our wonderful team.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Allied Health Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare to rural communities.
This is a mixed role that offers an exciting opportunity to support our clients in a range of therapeutic settings. As part of the Kerin Health team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact while developing new skills and qualifications through on-the-job training and support.
This is a casual role minimum 10 hours per week with the opportunity to extend hours.
This role will work in both Parkes and Forbes.
About this role
Key Responsibilities
Assist allied health professionals in delivering therapeutic interventions and support services.
Help clients with exercises and rehabilitation activities as directed by clinicians.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our supportive team. No formal qualifications are required, as we will provide full training.
Requirements:
A genuine interest in supporting individuals' health and wellbeing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic about working in a team and providing a high level of client care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in health, fitness, or sports-related roles.
Interest in or experience with Pilates or swimming instruction.
