Kerin Health is looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Client Services and Administration Officer to join our team!
At Kerin Health, our administration team is so much more than the first friendly face our clients see. We are the heart of the clinic, helping clients, supporting our therapists, keeping appointments running smoothly and making sure all the behind-the-scenes administration is taken care of.

About the role
This is a varied role where no two days are exactly the same.
You will be involved in:
Welcoming clients and providing friendly, professional reception support
Booking and managing appointments
Managing client enquiries, cancellations and waitlists
Creating and maintaining client files and forms
Processing payments and invoices
Monitoring and responding to the reception Email inbox
Supporting our Pilates services
Responding to client enquiries through Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
Assisting with weekly social media content and Instagram Stories
Supporting work experience students and student placements
Assisting with pre-employment bookings and administration
Keeping reception organised, welcoming and looking its best
Supporting the wider Kerin Health team with general administration as required
Ensuring that the Team Hub is updated as required.

We're looking for someone who is:
Warm & Friendly
You genuinely enjoy talking to people and making clients feel welcome and supported.
Highly Organised
You can keep on top of multiple tasks, follow processes and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Confident with Technology
You don't need to know every system on day one, but you are comfortable learning new software and enjoy figuring things out. Experience with systems such as Splose, Tyro, Stripe, Gmail, Canva or Momence would be an advantage.
A Great Communicator
You can communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, therapists, families and external organisations.
A Team Player
You are happy to pitch in, help your colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Proactive
You notice what needs doing and get on with it. We love someone who doesn't always need to be asked!
Calm Under Pressure
Our clinic can be busy, and you'll need to be able to prioritise tasks while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.

The Essentials
Previous experience in reception, administration, health, allied health or a similar client-facing environment would be highly regarded.
You will need:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong computer and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A professional and approachable manner
A willingness to learn our systems and processes
A genuine commitment to providing excellent client service
Experience with Splose, Tyro Health, Stripe, Momence, Canva and/or NDIS administration would be advantageous, but training will be provided to the right person.
