“The thing that really stands out about my experience of the Kerin Health New Graduate program is the support that I received. There was always someone I could go to for support.
I also have the freedom to set my own caseload, to see a varied mix of clients, in order to build a robust experience across many conditions in adults and children alike”.
Bligh - Speech Pathologist
“The empowerment and trust the business has in me and my ability as a new graduate Physiotherapist is awesome!
My ideas are valued, and put into action. I came to Rach with the idea to start a children's aquatic therapy program, as this is an area I am passionate about.
She said let’s do it! I was supported by the team, and it was so much fun to pull off”.
Matiese - Physiotherapist
“Starting as a new grad at Kerin Health was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Over the past three years, I’ve had so many opportunities to explore areas I’m passionate about—from community physio and private practice to sports physio, Pilates, hydrotherapy, and more. Because of the wide scope of work we do, I’ve developed a broad range of skills and built up confidence across many different areas of physiotherapy.
What really makes Kerin Health special is the team — it’s not just a team, it’s a family. The support, laughter, and encouragement we share every day has made this such a rewarding place to grow as a clinician and a person.”
