About Kerin Health

We are close-knit team situated in the gorgeous community of Parkes & Forbes in the Central West, NSW. We pride ourselves in offering a high quality, multidisciplinary allied health service to the community and we are looking for new graduates to join our team.

We work with clients at their home, in the community or in our clinic rooms. Our fabulous admin team handles all the back end; the bookings, phone calls etc (yay!), so you can spend the maximum time being a therapist and helping these clients to reach their goals, without all the admin work getting in the way.

$500 Annual Wellness Budget · Competitive Compensation · Dedicated Clinical Supervisor

Our 2027 New Graduate program includes:

  • A 2 year program with structured Professional Development funding and a Study Leave allowance to support your growth in your chosen areas of interest.

  • A dedicated Clinical Supervisor and mentoring to support you with complex clients, ask questions, and learn from.

  • Competitive compensation.

  • Opportunities for career growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Team members have a $500 wellness budget to spend on all Kerin Health services.

  • Quarterly team development days where we focus on both personal and professional development.

  • All face-to-face roles are based in Parkes/Forbes, NSW.

What makes this new grad program at Kerin Health different than the rest?

Our allied health team is multidisciplinary and it's large. This means as a new grad you'll learn from professionals well outside your own field, not just within it.

That kind of cross-discipline exposure early in your career is rare, and it's something our graduates consistently tell us shaped how they practice.

248 years

That's the combined industry experience of our allied health team, knowledge you'll have direct access to from day one. Many of our team members have years and years of experience in their fields.

And what’s even better than knowledge and experience? Support! Every team member genuinely supports and lifts each other up. At Kerin Health, we are big on helping one another to succeed.

"It's the new grad role I wish had existed when I was starting out" — Rachel, Director & Founder of Kerin Health.

Sami - Physiotherapist

(3 years and counting at Kerin Health)

“Starting as a new grad at Kerin Health was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Over the past three years, I’ve had so many opportunities to explore areas I’m passionate about—from community physio and private practice to sports physio, Pilates, hydrotherapy, and more. Because of the wide scope of work we do, I’ve developed a broad range of skills and built up confidence across many different areas of physiotherapy.

What really makes Kerin Health special is the team — it’s not just a team, it’s a family. The support, laughter, and encouragement we share every day has made this such a rewarding place to grow as a clinician and a person.”
